James was born and raised in Sale, has lived in the city centre for several years and is now a resident of Chorlton, so knows Manchester very well. Starting his career with a large national agent 20 years ago, James moved on to a smaller independent a few year later, combining the positive aspects of both to establish Stevenson Whyte in 2008. Whilst setting up the company James was also completing degree in building surveying, combining his love of property with extensive technical knowledge. Now a proud father of two, his 'free' time is mostly spent ferrying his children around to various sport practices and clubs, though also enjoys trying his hand at baking.

Hi, I'm Kaleb, one of the Associate Directors at Stevenson Whyte. I've worked within the block management industry for over a decade, managing a variety of complex and unique developments. I take pride knowing the work we do provides clarity and support to our leaseholders and helps to grow communities where resident's thrive. My spare time is dedicated to my wife & two children, who help me spend my weekends on long walks, shopping and, occasionally, relaxing.
Simon initially joined Stevenson Whyte in 2020 after working in the property sector for four years managing both commercial and residential buildings. He recently returned to the company as Senior Property Manager after managing NHS buildings for three years. Outside of work, Simon enjoys going to the gym and running, and is often found listening to podcasts on various topics.
Debra was born in Stretford and lived in Urmston for a while but now back in the house she grew up in Stretford, her family home from when she was a child with her 7 siblings. She has worked in the estate agency industry since 2000 with both independent and corporate agents and gained a wealth of knowledge of the residential and lettings business. She is passionate about people and property and her customer service standards are a very important part of her role. She is very much a people person and enjoys socialising with her family and friends along with a flair for interior design, decorating and up-cycling furniture.
Manchester born and bred, Loraine joined the property industry 6 years ago and has been able to bring skills to Stevenson Whyte that she has gained throughout this time. In her spare time, she enjoys reading (Having completed 113 books in 2025) and enjoys hitting the gym. With a tenacious attitude she is results driven and takes this into her hobbies too.
Originally from Italy, Colomba joined our team in 2021 to assist with the ever growing block management portfolio.
Joined in Sept 2019, Gail has held a steady career with a strong administration background, starting in the Recruitment industry 22 years ago, she then progressed into the Property industry where she has worked and gained a better understanding of this sector for the last 20 years. She loves the challenge and variety of work that the Property business brings. She loves reading and gardening.
Kevin was born in Manchester and has lived in the area for all of his life. He's has had a very varied career, from nursing to pipe installation, latterly property maintenance, which he's been doing now for nearly 15 years. Kevin has worked for Stevenson Whyte for several years and is our trusted handyman for all occasions. When not fixing leaks and repainting properties he loves walking his Jack Russell dog Molly, who occasionally joins him on his call outs, as well as honing his culinary skills in the kitchen.
Michael has many years of experience in Property having worked in Sales, Lettings and in recent years Block Management, managing a large portfolio of buildings. He has also a owned Buy to let portfolio all of which it gives him a strong understanding of the needs of different clients.
In his spare- time he enjoys looking after his grandson, watching and playing sport- including golf (very poorly ! )
Chris was brought up in several areas of Greater Manchester, and other than two years spent in Huddersfield, has lived within the borough his entire life. He spent most of his time in college and university education focusing on, learning about and strengthening his passions in technology, the arts and music. Before joining Stevenson Whyte, Chris was working as a site maintenance operative, interacting with residents and contractors, and becoming familiar with the ins and outs of blocks, both key skills transferred to his current role. Originally starting out as an Assistant Property Manager, Chris has since made the move to become a Property Manager of his own portfolio. Chris loves to make others laugh and can often be found resolving any IT queries of his co-workers or snacking on a pack of strawberry pencils.
Hi, I'm Mark. Originally from Darwen, I moved to Manchester in 2022 and now live with my girlfriend in Withington. I've worked in lettings for nearly four years and recently transitioned into property management. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking at home and traveling whenever I can. Before entering the property industry, I worked as a bartender in France at a ski resort in the Alps as well as in various bars and venues around Manchester and Liverpool.
Christian moved to Manchester from Nottingham in 2022 and discovered his passion for property management while working in lettings. He joined Stevenson Whyte as a Property Manager to grow with a vibrant and supportive team! Outside work, he’s passionate about art and culture—going to art exhibitions— designing clothing pieces, enjoys discovering new music/podcasts, and stays energised at the gym. Josh originally grew up in Wolverhampton, before coming to Manchester to study Sports Management at university. After completing his degree, he got into the hospitality industry, helping manage a pub. Giving good customer service and helping people is something that Josh has done throughout his career. He is looking forward to the challenge of a career in property management. In his free time, he enjoys playing football, socialising, and going to watch Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Originally from Shropshire, Elliot moved to Manchester in 2023 after completing his degree in History and politics. Joining our property management team in 2025. Originally from Scotland, Isla moved to Manchester in 1995. With 30 years of hospitality and customer service experience, she is excited to transfer these skills to block management. She loves swimming, and has completed two charity swims, raising money for Cancer Research and Dementia UK. She also loves cooking, eating, baking and all kinds of music and music festivals.
Originally from Norwich, my previous experience is in hospitality and providing high customer service. I have joined Stevenson Whyte as a credit control assistant in support of the accounts team. In my spare time I enjoy travelling and trying out new recipes for baking.
Jaden joined the team in 2026 and brings over four years of credit control experience, with over half of that time within property and block management.
Jaden spends his free time in the gym, playing football, and can be found training for Hyrox when not in work.
