The vast majority of our clients are either RMC or RTM companies, i.e. people who have chosen to appoint Stevenson Whyte in the first place and have a contract with us. By working collaboratively with our clients to manage their homes and properties effectively, we’re able to make a real difference, actively addressing issues and planning ahead for major renovations.
We fully appreciate that RMC directors are unpaid volunteers, committing their spare time to help manage a development on behalf of their fellow leaseholders. As such, we recognise that reading and sifting through dozens of emails about ongoing issues is unfair and, usually, a waste of everyone’s time. Instead, where a building has multiple ongoing tasks/issues, we employ management software such as Trello, helping to display all tasks/issues and updates in one place. This reduces email traffic significantly and can be a vital tool that helps both the managing agent and the RMC directors.
