We take care of hiring, training and developing site staff (i.e. wardens, concierge & house managers), handling all aspects of HR, compliance and payroll on behalf of our clients. Our site staff work closely with the designated property manager, helping to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. Good staff are worth their weight in gold so we do our upmost to build strong, supportive working relationships, meeting with them regularly to discuss the building and any problems or queries.
