Caring for a wide variety of developments as small as four apartments to five hundred plus and everything in between. We manage multiple listed properties, new build estates, high rise buildings and conversions, quite literally every type and size of property.
Our customer focused service ensures residents are kept informed via regular communications, in addition to providing both leaseholder and director portals; plus Whatsapp channels for those with a high proportion of rented properties. We find that communicating promptly and effectively with residents builds trust and satisfaction, whilst also reducing our own workload by avoiding repeat calls and emails about the same issue.
As our property managers care for smaller portfolios than most agents, strong working relationships can be built with clients, residents and contractors. Smaller portfolios allow our property managers to provide an attentive, effective service and, as a consequence, mean they’re not overstretched, overworked and stressed. Most agents suffer high rates of staff turnover, due to the relentless stresses of unmanageable portfolios, however, we’re proud to buck the trend and build lasting working relationships.
